About Us
Epic Toys is a family-run UK toy manufacturer based in Bristol, UK. We specialise in wrestling action figures and adult collectibles.
Formerly known as Chella Toys, it was taken over and rebranded as Epic Toys in 2023.
Whilst continuing our own Wrestling Megastars and Uncensored line, Epic Toys partners with other toy companies to bring a mix of action figures alike!
Meet The Epic Toys Team
Luke
A life-long wrestling fan, Luke grew up in the 80's and 90's, fully immersed in the Golden Generation, New Gen and Attitude Era. Surrounded by Hasbro's and Galoob's, Luke has never lost his love for toys, and still collects to this day.
Luke is the brains behind Epic Toys. His knowledge on the world of wrestling, toys and collecting, means he's best placed to lead the direction and development of each figure design through its production - making sure every figure is a collectors piece!
Kate
Kate manages the day to day tasks of Epic Toys making sure things run as smoothly as possible. Kate's role is customer focussed and she's mainly responsible for organising despatch of orders, managing emails and leading on communication.
Kate also supports Luke on the organisation of each figure development and production.
John & Oliver
John and Oliver both provide Epic with behind-the-scenes strategic project and financial management, supporting Epic's long-term planning. As well as ensuring opportunities are maximised and every aspect of Epic is carefully considered and managed.
Brian Tipping Jr (Tippy)
As our exclusive and super talented concept designer and artist. Tippy is a pivotal part of Epic Toys, and was instrumental to the success of Chella Toys. Tippy is at the beating heart of Epic Toys Wrestling Megastars, and each figure starts with Tippy's concept design. Our aim is to bring his incredible designs to life in figure form.
Matias Cabrera
Matias is our 3D sculptor who takes Tippy's concepts and ideas and turns them into the incredible 3D sculpts of the final figures you will receive. Matias' meticulous precision and care shapes the concepts into life with a fine balance of realism and that nostalgic toyetic feel.
Callum Fitzpatrick
CMW Toys
With his incredible painting skills and attention to detail, Callum paints the prototypes based on Tippy's design. This shapes the look figure and gives us better look at what the final product will look like. The painting stage is a crucial step in production and really brings the figure to life.
Rich Lenaghan
Action Figure Cellar
A graphic design whizz, Rich designs our backing cards and packing for our Wrestling Megastars line and more! His graphic design skills ensure the figures are homed in the best possible packaging for collectors. He also does the important job of photographing the figures at the prototype stage, so collectors can see what the final product will closely resemble.
Mike McGee
Illustrations By Mike McGee
A fantastic illustrator, Mike hand draws the images that feature on the backing cards. His illustrations bring the cards to life with a modern twist and a nostalgic feel. The packaging is just as important as the figure!
