Shipping and Delivery

UK Shipping and Returns:

We charge a flat rate delivery of £4.50 per order within the UK and Northern Ireland. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail's 48 Hour Tracked Service.

Please allow up to 48 hours for despatch. However, we endeavour to despatch and deliver items as quickly as possible. Epic Toys is not responsible for any  third-party courier delays once your order has been despatched.

Please note that on occasion large orders may be separated into multiple packages due to packaging and weight restrictions.

Please also be aware of seasonal delays that may affect delivery times.

International Shipping and Delivery:

Orders are sent using Royal Mail's International Tracked service. Please allow up to 48 hours for despatch.

We offer international shipping where orders are below 2kg. Order weight is automatically calculated. Should orders exceed 2kg, then multiple orders should be placed.

Royal Mail advises that their Europe delivery aim is 3-5 working days and worldwide delivery aim is 5-7 working days. However, please allow up to 10-14 working days in case of customs or third party delays.

Epic Toys is not responsible for any international customs or third-party courier delays once orders have been despatched. Custom charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in any international purchase of items from Epic Toys. Should there be any faults within the international ordering systems, Epic Toys retains the right to cancel orders and issue a refund.

Please note, should an international order be returned following unpaid customs, there will be a further postage fee to ship the item again.

Pre-order and In-stock Delivery Information:

Please note - if your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will only be dispatched when all items are in stock.

If you require the in-stock items straight away, please submit separate orders.

If multiple pre-order items are ordered, the full order will be shipped when all items are in-stock. Please check arrival dates on product descriptions carefully and order separately if you wish to receive your items as soon as they are in-stock.

Returns Policy 

We do our best to ensure all products sent are of the best quality. However, should you need to return a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via epictoysuk@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

You then have a further 14 days to send your item back to us. 

If a product is faulty or damaged, we can offer a replacement of the same item subject to stock. If we cannot offer a replacement, a full refund will be offered providing this falls within the refund period of 6 months.

For non-faulty items, there is a return period of 28 days. After the 28 days, we only offer replacements of the same value or a credit voucher.

We do not cover the cost of returns.

Please ensure that items are appropriately packaged before returning.

Uncollected, Unpaid Customs or Incorrectly Addressed Order Policy

If your parcel gets returned via courier due to unpaid customs, is uncollected from courier depots, or is placed with the incorrect address, a further postage charge will be required for us to resend the order. If you no longer require the order, a refund will be provided, excluding shipping costs.

If the order is not returned to us via courier due to any of the above, we are unable to refund the order. If you would like the order resent, the full cost of the order and postage will be required.

If you have changed addresses since placing your pre-order, please email us on epictoysuk@outlook.com as soon as possible with your full name, order number and new address. If you fail to update your address. the above policy applies.
