We’d like to give you an update on the latest situation on our USA shipment of ‘Wrestling Megastars – The Killer Bees 1/800’ and ‘Wrestling Megastars – The Islanders’.  

As our social media posts and website updates have advised,
our shipment of both The Islanders and The Killer Bees arrived at USA customs on 1/29 with all custom and import fees paid. All crates of The Killer Bees and several crates of The Islanders were released and arrived at our warehouse shortly after.

All orders that contained only The Killer Bees were then fulfilled, with some combination orders of The Killer Bees and The Islanders also fulfilled. We expected the remaining crates to arrive imminently, so continued to fulfil as many orders as we could.

Unfortunately, after several days of waiting, we became aware of a delay to the remaining 26 crates of The Islanders.

On 3/4, we were informed that, despite our customs payment being processed and all required documents accepted, several errors occurred within the ‘AI’ automated system responsible for the processing of imports which resulted in the holding of our crates. We then submitted all required documents on two further occasions - which were again accepted by customs - before the same automated error occurred on both attempts.

During the past week, we have continued to chase USA customs and the courier to seek resolution. We are incredibly frustrated and annoyed by
the slowness, lack of communication and support from both the courier and customs. Sadly, we have exhausted all lines of resolution. We now have no choice but to request the delayed crates be returned to our factory to re-ship again. As usual, we will ship via air for quickness.

Unfortunately, we have absolutely no control over customs or courier delays, and we’ve done everything in our power to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We completely understand how frustrating this is and would like to thank you for your ongoing patience. We know this is not ideal and would love for you to already have your pre-orders in hand as we planned.

We would also like to apologize for the delay and would like
to assure you that we are still treating this situation with urgency.

We had originally planned not to offer remaining UK stock of
The Islanders and The Killer Bees to customers until all US pre-orders had been fulfilled. However, we have decided to list stock to UK and EU customers, but no USA stock will be available until all USA pre-orders are in the hands of those who are waiting.
