What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is a form of reserving an item. The item is bought in advance of it being in stock and is delivered when it comes into stock. We aim to keep our pre-order wait times as low as possible. However, this is subject to each item and due-in dates can be found in all product descriptions. We ask that you read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

How long until my order is sent?

We advertise all due-in dates in the product descriptions of each item. These are an estimate and can be subject to change should any delays occur in the production process. Please read all product descriptions carefully for due-in dates. Once the items are in stock, your order will be despatched via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. Please note, when large shipments of pre-orders arrive, it can take 2-3 weeks to despatch all orders.

If I order an in-stock item and a pre-order item, when will it be sent?

If you order an in-stock item and a pre-order item together on the same order, you order will only be shipped when all items are in stock. If you require the in-stock item as soon as possible, please place multiple orders.

If you order multiple pre-order items with different due-in dates, the order will only be shipped once the final item comes into stock. Other items in the order are automatically reserved.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We offer shipping to most international countries. However, our USA customers can purchase directly through Epic USA HQ here: www.epic-toys.us.
