What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is a form of reserving an item. The item is bought in advance of it being in stock and is delivered when it comes into stock. We aim to keep our pre-order wait times as low as possible. However, this is subject to each item and due-in dates can be found in all product descriptions. We ask that you read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

How long until my order is sent?

We advertise all due-in dates in the product descriptions of each item. These are an estimate and can be subject to change should any delays occur in the production process. Please read all product descriptions carefully for due-in dates. Once the items are in stock, your order will be despatched via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. Please note, when large shipments of pre-orders arrive, it can take 2-3 weeks to despatch all orders.

If I order an in-stock item and a pre-order item, when will it be sent?

If you order an in-stock item and a pre-order item together on the same order, you order will only be shipped when all items are in stock. If you require the in-stock item as soon as possible, please place multiple orders.

If you order multiple pre-order items with different due-in dates, the order will only be shipped once the final item comes into stock. Other items in the order are automatically reserved.

How do I return an item?

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We offer shipping to the US, Canada, Europe and Australia. However, we also partner with US based stores The Asylum Wrestling Store and Figure Collections that orders can be directly placed through.

Are you Chella Toys?

This can be a little confusing! Chella Toys was founded in 2020 by Charles. Unfortunately, he needed to step away from the company in 2022 and we came to an agreement to takeover the company. So, with new management and new ideas, we rebranded as Epic Toys in 2023. Epic Toys is completing production and fulfilment of outstanding Chella products, but from Series 3 onwards, all products released will be solely produced by and branded as Epic Toys.
