Please ensure you include your order number to help us with your enquiry. If you do not have an order number, please include your full name and address that is on the order you are enquiring about.

If you are seeking an update on an order, it may be useful to read our pre-order updates here before getting in touch.

Please note that it can take 5-7 working days to respond to your enquiry. Our working days are Monday - Friday.

If you are getting in touch regarding a manufacturing idea or proposal and would like to discuss a partnership, please email epictoysuk@outlook.com. Please ensure to include your name and/or company name and your contact details. Please also include brief summary of your idea or proposal.
